This place is perfect for a budget solo traveller. My room was quiet with a nice shower, and the Wi-Fi worked great. It's super close to the train station, making it super convenient for a short stay. Definitely worth it for the price!

Location near Hauptbahnhof made getting around the city super easy. The room had comfortable beds that were a plus after long days of exploring. shared bathrooms needed a lot of cleaning. I noticed hair everywhere, which was pretty off-putting. The lift was out of service during my stay, so it was a hassle lugging bags up the stairs. Wi-Fi worked without issues, but I still expected better overall cleanliness and maintenance from the hotel.

Bathroom cleanliness is a serious concern!!! The building needs a significant update and better maintenance!!! The lift has been out of service for an extended period!!! Signs of decay everywhere, from carpets to fixtures!!!

This place was just a perfect match for exploring town in Hamburg with good value for cost. The reception staff were helpful and allowed us to leave our bags safely while we enjoyed the last day of our visit. Make sure to bring your own towels as the ones provided are not great.
